Tan Sri Lee Kim Yew
Founder
Tan Sri Lee Kim Yew is the founder of L1 Bank. He established Country Heights Holdings Berhad in 1984 and has led the company for 38 years, during which time he also developed Mines Resort & Golf Club and Palace of Golden Horses. Under his leadership, L1 Bank has become one of the fastest-growing digital private banks.
Deputy CEO
Jacky oversees the firm’s Data and Technology divisions, with the important responsibility of bringing data and security together. His software engineering experience spans several industries, including security, finance, and blockchain.
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Xiong Wei is a serial entrepreneur in the internet finance industry. He is also a pioneer in the blockchain and cloud computing industry and has both international and domestic work experience.
Chief Compliance Officer
More than 35 years of professional experience in the finance and banking sectors and worked for Bank Negara Malaysia for 30 years. Khalili successfully implemented the new Money Services Act 2011, which significantly improved anti-money laundering measures and remittance services.
